This position reports to:
Teamlead HR Business Partner__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Automation Machine Automation (B&R)
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting and advising employees and managers on all strategic and operational HR topics throughout the employee lifecycle
- Supporting succession planning, talent management, and employee development initiatives
- Preparing HR analyses, presentations, and reports
- Contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and projects
- Supporting change management initiatives and organizational transformations
- Collaborating closely with HR colleagues and relevant internal stakeholders
Qualifications for the role:
- Completed business education (commercial college, university of applied sciences, or university), ideally with a focus on Human Resources Management
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of Austrian labor and social security law, strong MS Office skills, and SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, combined with a proactive and service-oriented approach
- A structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent German and English language skills

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3.888,53 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of September 2026.
