Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations by preparing materials, operating equipment, and packaging finished products. This role helps ensure production processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The position requires collaboration, attention to procedures, and flexibility to work assigned shifts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare raw materials and packaging for production runs.
- Transport materials to designated production areas.
- Operate processing equipment according to procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance and production rates.
- Perform initial product testing and release checks.
- Verify labels and packaging accuracy before use.
- Package finished products to quality standards.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, quality, and EHS compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma, general education diploma, or equivalent education.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality instructions.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work assigned shifts.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment.
Preferred Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Basic English language proficiency.
- Experience following standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
- Familiarity with production equipment and packaging processes.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
