Description
As our Commercial Operations Manager, you play a critical role in leading advanced data analysis projects and supporting high-level decision-making within the Sales Operations team.
About You
This role focuses on identifying key trends, developing predictive models, and providing insightful recommendations to senior leadership to improve sales processes and drive operational efficiency.
You will report to the Director, Commercial Operations APAC, based in Singapore.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead data analysis projects, providing in-depth insights and recommendations into sales performance, pipeline management, customer trends and market opportunities to maximise revenue generation.
- Develop and maintain advanced sales forecasting models to predict future sales performance, supporting strategic planning.
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives that streamline Sales Operations activities and enhance the overall efficiency of the sales cycle within the team.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support on best practices in data analysis, reporting and tool utilisation.
- Manage the integration and optimisation of CRM systems and other sales tools, ensuring they are functional and assisting with resolving technical issues.
- Support the annual sales planning process, offering data insights to inform target-setting, resource planning and performance monitoring for the team.
Salesforce & Commercial Tools Leadership
- Act as the China Salesforce lead, driving adoption, governance, and compliance
- Managing, maintaining, and training on SFDC
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights
- Partner with AP/Global Salesforce team to manage system enhancements, user support, and ongoing initiatives
Customer Segmentation and RTM
- Partner with China commercial teams to execute customer segmentation and develop a framework for and support regular business review deck and data.
- Distribution RTM Support
Process Optimisation
- Drive and implement process standardization and best practices.

This role is assigned to be based in Xuhui District, Shanghai
What You’ll have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Ideally 8+ years of sales operation role in the food & beverage industry, good business acumen & hands-on operation experience
- Ability to influence in a matrix organization
- Comprehensive knowledge of Sales Operations best practices and analytics, with full knowledge of methodologies, processes, practices, and atypical issues within sales.
- Largely able to operate independently, though may seek guidance on atypical or complex Sales Operations issues. Able to coach juniors on technical and operational matters in a specialism.
- Accountable for own targets and reviewing work of juniors.
- Frequently conducts detailed analysis and investigation to identify customized solutions for customers, determine best options, or suggest improvements to existing methods.
- This role involves initiating communication with cross-functional teams to address and resolve shared issues, collaborate on processes or transactions, and interpret or clarify technical information to enhance understanding.
