The Print Category Process lead supports category business management, including but not limited to, New Product introduction and promotion documents for home and office print categories in both the US and Canada. This role is the compliance lead to ensure all documentation is supported for audit requirements and all program language supports HP Pricing policies.
The Promotion manager applies specialist level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of the seasonal promotion documents
- Management of processes to support compliance requirements.
- Track claim performance and lead resolution process for overperforming promotions.
- Partner with consumer and commercial channel teams to drive continuous improvements in communication process.
- Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
- Manage promotion exception process
- Partner with product management team to support NPI online review process
- Collaborate with other functions such Finance, legal, Sales Operations and HP Omni channel
Education and Experience Required:
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 2-4 years of related experience in IT/business operations.
- Typically 1-3 years of business intelligence and reporting experience.

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment
- Ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills
