A growing healthcare company is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for a growing employee base.
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly/biweekly payroll from start to finish
- Review timesheets, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments
- Maintain accurate employee payroll and timekeeping records
- Handle payroll-related questions from employees and managers
- Process new hires, terminations, direct deposits, and tax changes
- Reconcile payroll and prepare payroll reports
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
