Job Description Summary
GE Vernova is seeking a Solution Delivery Leader to join our FACTS team in Saratoga Springs, NY. This role is responsible for turning strategic FACTS solution concepts into scalable, repeatable, competitive, and deployable reference solutions that can be applied consistently across regions and tenders/projects. The Solution Delivery Leader sits at the intersection of solution strategy, bid support, cost competitiveness, execution readiness and continuous improvement.The successful candidate will own the development, standardization, and deployment of reference solution packs, toolkits, templates, and associated deployment methodologies, ensuring solutions are reusable, configurable, and aligned with market and business needs. This leader will drive engineering reuse, support bid and execution teams in the correct application of standard solutions. while coordinating contributors from various fields (NPI, Value Proposition, Sourcing, etc). A special focus shall be given on maintaining cost and lead time baselines to improve competitiveness, control risk, and protect profitability.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Own and develop reference solution packs, toolkits, templates, and standard deployment packages, ensuring solutions are clearly defined, documented, maintained, and usable across regions and projects
- Drive standardization and industrialization of solutions to improve scalability, repeatability, configurability, and execution efficiency while reducing unnecessary customization and complexity
- Define, maintain, and govern standard cost and lead time baselines for end-to-end reference solutions, including other non-technical baseline elements
- Increase engineering reuse through global standard packs and reusable engineering content to reduce engineering hours, variability, rework, and inefficiency
- Support bid and project teams during tender and execution phases by ensuring the correct reference solutions are identified, applied, and deployed in line with intended standards and assumptions
- Coordinate Solution Line and Regional stakeholders involved in solution definition, deployment, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment between global standards and regional business needs
- Collaborate with the Solution Technical Leader, NPI, Value Proposition and other cross-functional teams, within the FACTS Solution Line and within Regions to ensure reference solutions remain competitive, practical, and deployable
- Align with NPI, Value Proposition, engineering, supply chain, and other stakeholders on roadmap evolution, product changes, and introduction of new capabilities into standard solutions
- Identify, assess, and mitigate solution-related risks early in the lifecycle to improve execution readiness, reduce delivery uncertainty, and protect profitability
- Continuously evolve solution scope, and standard packs based on market needs, lessons learned, tendering and execution feedback, and business priorities
- Contribute to improving win rate, execution consistency, and margin performance by strengthening the quality, competitiveness, and usability of standard reference solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years Demonstrated experience in solution development, industrialization, bid support, project execution, product line management, or related technical-commercial leadership roles
- Proven experience developing, governing, or deploying standardized solutions, reference packages, toolkits, or reusable frameworks in a multi-project or multi-region environment
- Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management, including concept development, bid support, execution readiness, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Experience with cost competitiveness, lead time planning, and baseline definition for complex solutions or projects
- Demonstrated ability to drive standardization, reuse, and process improvement across cross-functional teams
- Stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, tendering, regional, commercial teams
- Proven ability to identify risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and drive alignment in complex business environments
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in power systems, grid solutions, power conversion technologies, or other industrial infrastructure businesses
- Experience working in global organizations with regional execution models
- Familiarity with bid management, project execution, and lifecycle support processes
- Experience defining cost models, lead time assumptions, standard terms, or deployment methodologies for standard solutions
- Experience driving continuous improvement, lessons learned, and return-on-experience integration into standard offerings
- Experience using AI to drive efficiency and accuracy.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,200.00 and $188,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
