Client Service Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Manager to join a dynamic financial services team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and update client and prospect accounts using CRM and other tools.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on client paperwork, including applications, agreements, and disclosures.
- Handle client transactions such as ACH/wire requests, distribution requests, and money movements.
- Utilize CRM to document and manage all client activities.
- Prepare Advisors for client and prospect meetings by scheduling appointments, drafting agendas, and creating necessary reports and presentations.
- Present prepared client reports to select retirement plan clients and follow up on open items.
- Assist in preparing Request for Proposals and scheduling employee education for retirement plans.
- Support Advisors in one-on-one employee education meetings for retirement plan clients.
- Generate and distribute quarterly client statements.
- Maintain organized client files and documentation.
- Contribute positively to team meetings and events.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks and marketing materials.
- Uphold the team’s core values of positivity, humility, and collaboration.
- Actively support team efforts, events, and functions, stepping in as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Client Service Manager in financial services.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Licenses:
- Active Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or willingness to obtain).
- Series 6 or 65 is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
