We’re Hiring: Order Management (Team Lead)
Philippines | Work From Home | Global Export Operations
Addiction Foods is looking for an experienced Order Management & Logistics Officer to lead end-to-end order execution, export logistics, and process improvement across our global markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full order-to-delivery lifecycle, from SAP order entry through final delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely export, shipping, and customs documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Fulfillment, customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
- Monitor shipment performance, order accuracy, lead times, and logistics KPIs.
- Manage freight forwarder/carrier relationships and support freight-cost optimization.
- Drive SAP-enabled automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support the Order Management & Logistics Team.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Logistics or Order Management.
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in FMCG or export-heavy manufacturing — essential.
- Strong hands-on experience in international export logistics and trade documentation/compliance.
- Advanced SAP ERP experience, particularly SD and MM modules.
- Strong Excel and data analytics capability; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable supporting global operations across time zones and critical shipment periods.
Experience with EDI/API integrations, Lean Six Sigma, trade compliance systems, or logistics automation will be an advantage.
