Track all wire activity to ensure completion within internal and external deadlines.

  • Cash Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of cash accounts against custodian bank records. Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation breaks, and escalate transaction issues as needed.

  • AML/KYC and Risk Management: Support AML/KYC requirements as necessary for subscription and redemption activity in partnership with the Client Information Management Team. Identify operational and client risks, adapt processes as needed, and implement proactive solutions to improve controls and reduce risk.

  • Investment Operations Knowledge: Build and maintain a strong understanding of investment products, structures, and asset classes, including the operational complexities associated with each.

  • Technology and Operational Excellence: Develop expertise in the systems and applications that support CA’s trading and treasury processes. Use internal tools and resources effectively to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality work with consistent attention to detail.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other internal teams to monitor client transactions and improve cross-functional processes. Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear and professional communication.

  • Project Participation: Contribute to team projects and initiatives by providing insights, support, and subject matter expertise to drive successful outcomes and continuous improvement.

  • Training and Development: Support the training of team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. Contribute ideas to strengthen training programmes and support the development of others.

Qualifications
