Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week.

What You'll Do

  • You will create and manage daily, weekly and monthly non-live programming schedules designed to maximise sales, viewer engagement and category performance

  • You will select products and build show line-ups using stock availability, sales history, forecasts and commercial insight to deliver the most effective mix and sequence

  • Prepare show running orders, schedule content into relevant systems and ensure accuracy and integrity across programme and airtime planning

  • Monitor performance on a £ per minute basis, review future schedules and recommend changes based on analysis, stock flow and trading opportunities

  • Work closely with Planning, Programming, Platforms and wider business teams to align schedules, optimise non-live opportunities and support themed events and promotional activity

  • Analyse sales, stock and programme performance data to identify opportunities and risks, presenting recommendations in business meetings where appropriate

  • Review category mix and channel output regularly to ensure schedules deliver a strong customer experience while meeting commercial targets

What You'll Bring

  • You will have experience in a retail, merchandising, planning or stock control environment at assistant merchandising level, ideally within a commercially driven multi-channel or media-led business

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience using data, inventory information and sales trends to make sound commercial decisions

  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work cross-functionally with planning, programming and platform teams

  • Experience working with a range of systems and tools, including Excel and other bespoke planning or sales systems
