The Opportunity
Your Impact
This role will partner the Experience Consumer Research team located in Mexico Capability Center (MCC) to ensure exceptional service is provided in support of Sensory Consumer Experience. This role will apply technical expertise to design and program Consumer Research studies, and coordinate with in-market ICC employees, to develop clear plans for projects to be completed on-time, in-full and on-budget with proper quality controls in place.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Program ICC / CL MCC Manager, Data Analyst, reporter Sensory and Consumer Scientist, and vendor to design and program each Consumer research study, while ensuring best practices.
- Leverage existing global Consumer Research Transformation (CRT) processes and protocols and implement to drive time and cost efficiencies.
- Lead questionnaire generation- applying silver (AI) ready data tags. Ensure questionnaire is approved by Consumer Scientist
- Program questionnaire into EyeQuestion software. Generate study design (i.e. sequential monadic, monadic), serving order for number of consumers, blinding codes and share with field work agency and Category Lead.
- “On call” during field work in case system issues arise.
- Close out study once field work is complete and share with Data Analyst.
- Partner closely with Program Manager & Category Lead to identify new methods and processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Work visibly & transparently in Microsoft Teams and other office 365 tools.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Must have
- BS in STEM (e.g. Data Science, economics, sensory science, statistics, engineering).
- Ability to interpret complex data and distil into useful and actionable information. (translate written request to the consumer phasing tool)
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills in English– oral and written (external and internal to PepsiCo, collaborating with support groups, functions, stakeholders, team members)
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects requiring a high degree of organizational and communication skills to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner.
- High degree of ownership, initiative, and intellectual curiosity.
- Attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in quantitative consumer research, designs/ systems
- Working knowledge of sensory, statistical analysis programs or programming languages –Javascript, R, python, programming language basic.
