ANI Enabling Works – Osborne Defence Precinct

ACCIONA is delivering the Enabling Works at Osborne, supporting critical infrastructure within the Defence precinct. We are seeking experienced Plant Operators and Civil Pipelayer / Labourers to join our team on this secure, high-profile project.

Excavator Operator -

Key Accountabilities

• Operate a 20-50t GPS excavator for detailed excavation
• Run GPS systems including Trimble Earthworks or GCS900
• Load Moxys and road trains to required output
• Complete daily plant pre-starts before each shift
• Report faults or problems with the machine straight away
• Work well with your team and follow instructions
• Work night shift when needed

Loader Operator -

Key Accountabilities

• Operate loader to maintain stockpile areas
• Manage LOT (load out tracking) for materials
• Complete daily plant pre-starts before each shift
• Report faults or problems with the machine straight away
• Work safely and wear all required safety gear
• Keep the work area clean and clear of hazards
• Work well with your team and follow instructions

Requirements

• Previous civil construction experience
• Valid White Card (mandatory)
• Relevant tickets and licences aligned to the role
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance

This project is delivered within a Defence precinct. Applicants must be willing to comply with site security, access controls, and project-specific clearance requirements. Further checks may be required as part of the onboarding process.
