Description
- Manages daily tee sheet, pace of play, updates daily course and practice facility information. Charges appropriate fees and assists customers with operations questions.
- Assists with merchandising and inventory for the golf shop.
- Assists members with account inquiries, charges, payments, and other member account-related transactions.
- Follows established cash, deposit and payment handling processes.
- Conducts basic office duties as needed and order office supplies.
- Assists with updating content and maintenance of social media accounts.
- Assist with tournament preparation, scoring, and administration.
- Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Establishes and maintains effective work relationships with others.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Prior related experience and/or training; additional level of education preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Inventory software.Work Environment:
