Position Summary:

The Regional Manager is responsible for managing multiple areas, warehouse managers and warehouses. Regional Managers are key to new warehouse launches, staffing, training, and providing consistent service in their region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch new warehouses, including setting up and operating to company SOP.
• Ensure the region is fully staffed and operational.
• Ensure warehouses are all following the same SOPs and sharing best practices.
• Oversee P&L and costs associated with warehouse and fleet vehicles.
• Monitor the security and safety of the warehouses.
• Review reporting of inventory accuracy and field reports to ensure all operations and kiosks are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure routing and travel is being performed within budget.
• Lead and support 2-8 Warehouse Managers/Warehouses.

• Support the roles of the Warehouse Manager and Field Merchandisers in the following tasks:
  • Receiving and shipping inventory
  • Perform visits and/or ride-along filling kiosks

What it Takes to ROC This Role:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated inventory/merchandising experience
• 3+ years’ experience leading a team and proven ability to coach and develop team members
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications
• Basic data entry experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented, and customer service driven

Additional Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age to drive fleet vehicle
• Ability to lift 25-50lbs
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to moving machinery and typical standing, walking, bending, crouching, and stooping
• Mut be licensed to operate a motor vehicle

Pay Range:

$85,000.00-$95,000.00
