Job Responsibility
Lead long-term loading, cross-site capacity, workforce, and qualification readiness planning; perform scenario modeling and risk assessment for business changes, ramps, network shifts, and demand fluctuations.
Drive CapEx, OpEx, budget, and cost-efficiency planning through financial modeling, variance analysis, and collaboration with Finance and Operations teams.
Improve labor productivity and operational performance through KPI management and analytics, including LPI, OT%, utilization, bottlenecks, and equipment effectiveness.
Ensure qualification readiness by aligning capacity, hardware, software, systems, and resources to support successful qualification execution.
Develop and standardize planning methodologies, data governance frameworks, reporting processes, and management dashboards across Global Quality Operations.
Utilize SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and automation technologies to build predictive planning models, automate recurring processes, and generate actionable business insights.
Apply company-approved AI and automation technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI-based solutions, Power Automate, UiPath, Genie Lab, and other enterprise AI platforms to improve forecasting, reporting, decision support, workflow efficiency, and knowledge management.
Identify, evaluate, and scale high-value AI use cases that improve business outcomes, productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness.
Demonstrate responsible use of AI by ensuring compliance with data privacy, governance, security, and validation requirements.
Partner with GQ leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve planning gaps, align priorities, and drive strategic business decisions.
Promote adoption of AI-enabled ways of working by developing best practices, reusable solutions, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms that enhance team capabilities.
Job Requirement
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, operations planning, industrial engineering, supply chain, quality operations, business analytics, productivity improvement, or process automation. High-potential recent graduates with strong analytical capabilities are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of operational planning, capacity management, workforce planning, productivity analysis, budget management, and business performance metrics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and data visualization techniques. Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, UiPath, or related digital solutions is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using AI, analytics, digital technologies, or automation tools to drive productivity improvements, business insights, or operational efficiencies.
- Ability to leverage AI tools effectively to enhance work quality, simplify complex analysis, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
