Description
What you’ll do
- Provide guidance and administrative support to managers and employees on employee lifecycle activities, including job changes, secondments, fixed-term contract extensions, terminations and absence management.
- Support family leave processes, flexible working arrangements and occupational health referrals.
- Assist with international transfers, right-to-work checks and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Prepare letters, forms, calculations and correspondence relating to employee lifecycle events.
- Coordinate meetings, manage case documentation and support HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations activity.
- Liaise with colleagues across HR, payroll and other departments to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to cyclical HR activity and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.

- Experience supporting employee lifecycle administration within an HR environment.
- Experience supporting family leave, absence management, occupational health, flexible working or right-to-work processes.
- Experience using HR systems and working with employee records, payroll reports or data reconciliations.
- Experience coordinating meetings, maintaining HR case documentation or supporting Employee Relations activity.
