KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Own Eastspring's regional product positioning, value proposition and competitive differentiation across asset classes, investment capabilities and strategic growth priorities.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and narratives for product launches, strategic campaigns and investment themes, articulating a compelling "Why Buy, Why Eastspring, Why Now" proposition.
- Act as the strategic link between Investments, Product, Distribution and Marketing, ensuring propositions are client-centric, differentiated and commercially aligned.
- Partner with Distribution, Channel Marketing and Digital Marketing to activate propositions through the most effective channels, driving engagement, sales effectiveness, shelf visibility, asset growth and retention.
- Drive regional product content priorities, ensuring alignment with go-to-market plans, client needs and business objectives.
- Manage the creation, governance and optimisation of compliant product content, with clear measurement of engagement, effectiveness and commercial impact.
- Leverage client, market and competitor insights to refine positioning, identify growth opportunities and strengthen Eastspring's competitive advantage.
- Establish clear success metrics to measure commercial impact, ensuring product marketing is focused on business outcomes rather than content output alone.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- 10-12+ years' experience in product marketing, investment marketing, proposition development or commercial strategy within asset management or financial services.
- Proven track record in product positioning, go-to-market strategy and commercialisation, delivering measurable business growth and fundraising outcomes.
- Strong understanding of asset classes, investment strategies and market dynamics, with the credibility to engage senior investment professionals.
- Proven leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams within a regional or global environment.
- Exceptional communication, proven storytelling and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into compelling client-centric narratives.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen, using market intelligence, client insights and performance data to inform strategy and drive outcomes.
- Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
