Roles and Responsibilities:
- Track and coordinate all employee benefits insurance policy renewals globally
- Preparation of client deliverables, including regular reporting and presentations
- Perform quality checks and peer review of data, including reasons for employee headcount movement, premium changes by line of coverage, brokerage savings etc.
- Data entry- and high-level analysis - assist the Account Management team in gathering, organizing, validating, entering and analyzing data using Benefits Management
- Ensure timely completion of Benefits Management by local brokers to ensure the Rules of the Road are followed
- Route enquiries to the correct point of contact and provide timely follow up and responses
Technical Skills - Skills & Responsibilities
Analytical Skills
Perform structured analyses on global benefits data, identify trends in renewal metrics, and prepare summaries for client reporting.
Build dashboards using Power BI/Excel; generate stewardship and savings insights; create executive summaries tailored to client needs.
Data Validation
Apply rigorous validation checks on client-provided renewal data across regions; flag discrepancies and prepare exception reports to ensure data integrity.
Conduct reconciliation and error-checking on datasets; prepare exception lists to highlight data issues before analysis.

Develop and maintain complex workbooks using formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and macros to automate data consolidation and validation workflows.
Automate renewal data consolidation and benefit harmonization; streamline reporting and validation processes across multiple regions.

Execute precise calculations, rate and ratio computations, and sanity checks to ensure accuracy of renewal and benefits data.
Support accuracy in stewardship and savings reports through detailed numerical validation and reconciliation checks.

Explore and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights; support visualization efforts for client reporting.
Perform entry-level data analysis; create summary tables and visualizations to support stewardship and savings insights.
Root Cause Analysis
Lead investigations into data discrepancies or process inefficiencies; develop recommendations for resolution.
Conduct structured problem-solving sessions; produce action plans to address data quality or process issues in renewal workflows.

Create polished, client-ready presentations with visuals and commentary summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Develop slides summarizing renewal insights, stewardship results, and savings opportunities for client and broker meetings.
AI Skills
Utilize AI tools to automate data validation, harmonize and consolidate benefits data, generate actionable insights through AI-enhanced visualization and natural language generation, perform precise numerical validation and continuous data quality monitoring, and support client communications by translating technical findings into clear, client-friendly outputs.
Apply AI-powered anomaly detection and exception reporting on renewal data; automate data transformation and harmonization using AI-integrated Excel and Power Query; build AI-augmented dashboards and executive summaries in Power BI/Excel; use AI algorithms for reconciliation and error detection; leverage AI chatbots and summarization tools to enhance client interaction and communication.
