Description
## What you’ll do:
"• Work with a team of diverse people
- Contribute and lead real business projects
- Build relationships with our extended cohort of students that are located across the UK
- Enhance your skills through on-the-job training and external workshops
- Assist manufacturing engineers in daily operations.
- Recommend strategic solutions to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Support engineering team for standard development from definition stage, until deployment phase.
- Ensure documentation for Operations (work instructions, GMPs, etc.) are all up to date.
- Support team writing work instructions, deploy trainings for operations team.
- Support engineering &Quality team conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and investigation of faulty products (A3 or 8D);
- Assist in key engineering projects.
- Comply with safety, quality, hygiene and environmental prevention standards;
- Other duties as assigned

- Undergraduates working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in a related discipline

"Candidates will be:

- Based at our Luton plant in Bedfordshire.
- Ready to start in July 2027
