Description
Full-time Remote Southwestern Sales Representative needed for a metal service center.
Our client is a Metal Service Center who processes and sells products to a wide variety of industries throughout the United States. The Remote Southwestern Sales Representative will spend 40% of their time focused around developing new business and 60% of their time focused around grow pre-existing customers in the market. This position is critical to ensuring the company achieves it sales growth targets by providing consultative solutions to our customer needs. The Southwestern Sales Representative will grow business within the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Nebraska, North & South Dakota. There is a large territory focus in the greater Houston, TX market.
Candidate Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Prior experience with relationship-based sales
- Metal service center or distribution experience.
- Ability to work out of a home office setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Compensation
In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, training programs and mileage, and travel expense account.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
Car payment: $8,000 annually
Car mileage: $.77 per mile
Annual bonus: $10,000 - $25,000 or higher based on company performance
Travel allowance: Yes
Annual compensation range: $128,000 - $143,000 or higher
Location
Remote working from a home office and travel throughout the Southwestern market.
