Job Description & Summary:  

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI SME with strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade AI agents and GenAI solutions using Vertex AI, Google ADK, GCP Agent Platform, Cloud Run, Agent Engine, Vertex AI Search, and Gemini Enterprise. 

The candidate will be responsible for architecting agent-based solutions, defining agent design patterns, integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, and driving scalable implementation of Agentic AI solutions for business use cases. 

Job Position Title: 

GCP Agentic AI SME, Location- Hybrid 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop scalable Agentic AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies.. 

• Build intelligent AI agents using Google ADK, GCP Agent Platform, Agent Engine, Vertex AI, and Gemini Enterprise. 

• Define agent workflows, orchestration patterns, memory, reasoning, tool usage, and multi-agent collaboration models. 

• Architect and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions for enterprise use cases. 

• Develop and deploy AI/ML and GenAI workloads on GCP, including Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Vertex AI Search, and Agent Engine. 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into AI-led technical solutions. 

• Lead solution design discussions and provide technical guidance to engineering teams. 

• Evaluate and select appropriate LLMs, prompts, grounding approaches, retrieval patterns, and agent frameworks. 

• Implement RAG-based and search-driven GenAI solutions using Vertex AI Search, Knowledge Graph. 

• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. 

• Support prototype development, solution accelerators, demos, and client presentations. 

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices around Agentic AI solution delivery.  

Mandatory skill sets: 

• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. 

• Experience in designing and implementing AI agents and multi-agent workflows. 

• Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform and relevant GenAI services. 

• Strong working knowledge of Vertex AI, Google ADK, GCP Agent Platform, Agent Engine, Cloud Run, Vertex AI Search, and Gemini Enterprise. 

• Experience in Agent Design, including planning, reasoning, orchestration, tool integration, memory, and evaluation. 

• Strong understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, grounding, RAG, embeddings, and vector search. 

• Experience deploying AI/ML or GenAI applications in cloud environments. 

• Strong programming experience in Python and good understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native deployment. 

• Ability to translate business problems into AI/GenAI solution architectures. 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to business and technical stakeholders. 

Preferred skill sets: 

• Experience with enterprise-grade GenAI solution architecture. 

• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps practices on GCP. 

• Exposure to responsible AI, model governance, security, and compliance considerations. 

• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and knowledge repositories. 

• Experience in building demos, accelerators, proof of concepts, and reusable solution assets. 

• Prior consulting experience and client-facing solutioning experience will be an added advantage.
