We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join KLA Israel's HR team.

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to several business organizations, primarily supporting teams based in Israel while collaborating extensively across regional and global functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent strategy, and employee experience in one of the world's leading technology companies.
You will work closely with business leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies and practical HR solutions. From organizational design and workforce planning to leadership coaching and employee relations, you will play a critical role in helping the business achieve its goals while fostering an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Translate business challenges and opportunities into actionable HR plans and solutions.
Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, workforce planning needs, talent requirements, and succession strategies.
Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, integrations, and workforce transitions.
Coach and mentor managers on leadership effectiveness, employee development, performance management, and team dynamics.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters and complex people issues while ensuring compliance and mitigation of business risk.
Drive key HR processes and initiatives, including performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, employee engagement surveys, and development programs.
Leverage workforce analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and recommend solutions.
Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and People Analytics, to deliver integrated people solutions.
Champion an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance culture throughout the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting leaders and employees in a fast-paced, matrixed and global organization.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive business-focused HR outcomes.
Strong business acumen and ability to balance employee, organizational, and business needs.
Experience leading organizational change, talent management, and workforce planning initiatives.
Strong coaching, consulting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support decision-making.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience leveraging AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, drive insights, and enhance business outcomes is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
