Senior Technical Consultant – CRM (m/f/d)
Location: Tübingen, Germany (Hybrid: up to 4 days/week remote)

Compensation: €51,000 – €72,000 gross p.a. + Company Profit-Sharing
Travel Requirements: Low travel (3–4 client visits per year within the DACH region)
About the Role
We deliver high-impact software solutions that transform project management and customer relationship management (CRM). As a Senior Technical Consultant CRM, you will take full ownership of the technical implementation and architecture of our flagship CRM platform (CAS genesisWorld) for diverse client landscapes across the DACH region.
This role combines deep technical system administration with high-level customer consulting. Working in an award-winning "Great Place to Work" culture with flat hierarchies, you will bridges the gap between infrastructure setup, security consulting, and technical project leadership without high travel demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Project Leadership: Lead the technical delivery of CRM implementations, including project planning, system updates, risk management, and client stakeholder steering.
- System Integration & Architecture: Connect CRM software into complex client IT environments; design and deploy custom interfaces, integrations, and tailored functions.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage server and database requirements across Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, and networking setups.
- IT Security Consulting: Advise enterprise clients on access security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), firewalls, and backup/disaster recovery protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with functional consultants and software developers to evaluate technical options and build scalable, future-proof solutions.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and MS SQL Server environments.
- IT Infrastructure & Security: Solid knowledge of core network setups, security protocols (SSO, MFA, firewalls), and backup/recovery strategies.
- Project Experience: Proven capability in leading technical integration projects, managing client expectations, and handling system migrations.
- Language Skills: C1/C2 fluent German and B2 English proficiency with clear, customer-friendly communication skills.
- Education: Degree in (Business) Informatics or an equivalent practical technical background.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of cloud/SaaS architectures (AWS, Azure) or Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
- Prior experience with CAS genesisWorld, enterprise CRM, or ERP system setups.
- Basic scripting or programming skills.
