What is the opportunity?
As Regional Trust Advisor, you will promote RBC Royal Trust products and solutions to the Canadian Banking segment within your marketplace. You will partner with internal stakeholders to help them meet their clients’ needs. You are a seasoned sales professional and a team player, an important skill in this role as success is dependent on working in cooperation with others. What will you do?
Collaborate with other Regional Trust Advisors to provide coverage and support to Personal Canadian Banking across your designated territory
Promote Royal Trust services to the Personal Canadian Banking segment
Partner with Financial Planners and Financial Planners, Investment and Retirement Planning, to build awareness of Royal Trust products and solutions
Execute consistent national activities to promote and raise awareness of Royal Trust products and solutions
Deepen customer loyalty by bringing the full power of RBC to them
Ensure all RBC policies are adhered to in your interactions and employ due diligence in all activities
Partner successfully with internal and external clients and endeavor to meet and exceed key sales objectives
What do you need to succeed?
Must haves:
University degree and completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
A minimum of 5 years of related experience in the financial services industry and general knowledge of estate and trust related administration
A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, including funnel management, tools, and tracking
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel within designated region
Nice-to-have:
Financial Planner diploma granted by the IQPF
TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) designation
Previous experience in the Estate and Trust field
Experience within the legal field

Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location.
