Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Stonerise is pleased to offer new wage scales for Part Time team members to help staff the toughest-to-fill shifts.
A few reminders:
Stonerise Part Time members must commit to 20 hours/week or 40 hours/pay period
If a team member refuses three (3) shifts, Stonerise will recognize the refusal as a voluntary resignation
we currently have evening shifts open 2:00pm - 10:00pm

What You Will Do as a CNA

As a Stonerise Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you are a critical member of a patient’s care team at our transitional and skilled nursing care centers (also called “nursing homes”), where we serve both short-term and long-term patients. Some of your primary responsibilities include:
Provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of a RN or LPN
Utilize appropriate resources to provide care and support for assigned patients
Administer showers, bed baths, or tub baths according to patients’ plan of care
Provide oral hygiene including denture care
Respond to patient call lights
Assist patients with meals and feeding
Assist patients in range of motion, mobility and ambulation
Transport patients to scheduled activities
Complete required forms including intake and output, food intake, flow sheet, accident/incident report, patient clothing sheet and CNA flow sheet
Attend to patient hygiene needs
Promote good customer service and a safe, nurturing environment
Schedule
PRN, Non-Exempt
Education, Licensure & Certification Requirements
State-approved nursing assistant program completion and successfully pass the Nurse Aide Competency Exam and maintain active certification.
Attend required number of educational programs per month/quarter.
