Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. This role focuses on creating production-ready applications that leverage AI capabilities throughout their lifecycle. The engineer actively participates in refining development practices to ensure high standards of quality and compliance, while continuously seeking ways to enhance software performance and operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams to align AI-driven innovations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to integrate AI-native methodologies into software development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of AI solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agent Development, Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing AI-driven software components.
- Ability to optimize and maintain scalable AI systems within production environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices tailored to AI-native applications.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and validating AI models integrated into software solutions.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and containerization technologies to deploy AI applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agent Development.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
