Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) Advisor to join our Compliance team in Rugby.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of health, safety, security, and environmental policies across our 24/7 e-commerce and retail operations, ensuring full compliance with local legislation and Iron Mountain standards.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Support SHEQ implementation and site standards: Deliver day-to-day safety procedures, standards, and work instructions across environmental, health, and safety domains for 24/7 retail and e-commerce fulfillment operations.
Collaborate across compliance and operations: Work alongside Global and Local Compliance teams and site management to conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety checks: Assist in managing building inspections, emergency preparedness plans, and local government permits in alignment with statutory UK legislation and ISO standards.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Practical experience advising or supporting safety, health, and quality compliance specifically within 24/7 retail, e-commerce, or logistics environments.
Working knowledge of ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001) and UK health and safety legislation and reporting procedures.
Strong ability in risk assessment, methodical site inspections, and problem-solving to drive site-wide continuous safety improvement.
NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent relevant qualification).
