Description
Twin Health
At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.
We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.
Working here
Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.
Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .
With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.
Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.
The Role
We're looking for a video editor who can move fast, cut clean, and understands that every edit is a hook in a live ad account, not a portfolio piece. You'll work across performance ads, patient/physician testimonial content, and brand storytelling, and you'll need to be as comfortable inside DaVinci/Premiere as you are inside a Meta Ads Library teardown.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and WhatsApp - including patient testimonial content, physician credibility videos, humour-based reels and host-led explainers.
- Colour correct and grade for visual consistency and premium production quality across all content.
- Use colour, pacing, and rhythm to elevate storytelling.
- Leverage AI tools for automated editing, captioning, background removal, audio cleanup, motion tracking, and content repurposing.
- Partner with creative, copy, clinical/compliance, and growth teams to translate campaign briefs and clinical accuracy requirements into finished edits.
- Build multiple ad variants (hooks, CTAs, thumbnails) for structured A/B testing across paid channels.
- Edit for silent-first viewing - captions, on-screen text, and visual pacing built for sound-off scroll.
- Maintain Twin Health's brand aesthetic: warm, minimal-copy, quietly confident. No tracking-app or diet-culture tone, ever.
- Handle English and Hindi/Hinglish content, adapting pacing and tone for regional audiences and various other Indian vernacular languages.
- Take feedback, including compliance edits on medical claims language, and turn around revisions fast.
- Track platform and algorithm trends and proactively bring new formats to the team.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience editing digital ads — portfolio required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Strong colour correction and grading skills — for consistency, quality, and mood.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered editing tools: Premiere AI features, DaVinci Resolve AI tools, Runway, Descript, CapCut AI.
- Comfortable working within regulated health-marketing guardrails, willing to route medical claims language through clinical/compliance review before publishing.
- Experience with sound design and basic motion graphics.
- Fluency across aspect ratios, formats, and resolutions for different platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in performance marketing or direct-response advertising.
- Familiarity with the Indian digital health / D2C wellness space.
- Comfort editing in English, Hindi/Hinglish and other vernaular language content.
- Basic video shooting skills.
- Basic audio mixing knowledge.
