The Programme Lead – TP400 will lead programme management responsibilities to deliver the requirements for Cost, Quality and Delivery on various Work Packages in the TP400 portfolio. Work packages will vary across the programme and will include, but not limited to, leading producibility improvements on specific component/s, managing and delivering Rolls-Royce ILS (Integrated Logistics Support), leading Cost of Ownership analysis to meet the requirements of the Contract’s KPI. All work packages require the application of Programme Management principles, and will provide support to partnership activities with Safran, ITP, and MTU as part of the Europrop International consortium. This will ensure all contracted and customer expectations are fully met, on time and in full.
What you will be doing:
- Accountable for the successful delivery to cost, specification and schedule for TP400 work packages assigned.
- Programme Lead producibility improvements to improve delivery of specific TP400 component/s.
- Manage and deliver Rolls-Royce’s ILS support to the Consortium, assessing Change Packages from all PCs (inc. R-R), programme managing the deliver of ILS documentation, and presenting and reporting progress, risks, success to EPI.
- Cost of Ownership – to support the Programme Manager with analysis and conclusions on Rolls-Royce’s adherence to the CoOR KPI.
- Prepare and present at the Programme Reviews including progress, risks and milestones.
- Risk management – raise, monitor and develop mitigations for project risks in AD04
- Set priorities in line with programme requirements for functional teams
