SUMMARY
Responsible for product reliability testing, performance testing, and failure analysis. Establish and maintain testing standards to support new product development, production introduction, and quality improvement activities, ensuring products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform reliability, environmental, material, electrical, and mechanical performance testing for products.
- Develop and maintain test methods, testing standards, SOPs, and testing databases.
- Conduct test data analysis, reliability assessments, and prepare test reports.
- Coordinate and manage testing activities with external laboratories.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and product validation activities.
- Design, develop, and optimize test fixtures and auxiliary tooling.
- Perform failure analysis and identify root causes of product failures.
- Provide testing and technical support for product development and quality improvement projects.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiar with reliability testing, performance testing, and failure analysis processes for electronic products.
- Knowledge of material, electrical, and mechanical testing methodologies.
- Familiar with statistical tools such as MSA and SPC.
- Familiar with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Experience in test fixture design and development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability testing, performance testing, or failure analysis.
- Experience with CAD, Pro/ENGINEER (Creo), SolidWorks, or similar design software is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILL
- Good written and verbal English skills, with the ability to read and understand technical standards and customer specifications.
- Experience in writing technical test reports and communicating through email in English is preferred.
