Position Objective
To prepare, verify and deliver PDC & DPM batches that support Cell Culture Media manufacturing. Ensure materials are accurately picked, staged and supplied on time while maintaining GMP compliance, inventory accuracy and a safe working environment.
Essential Functions
- Pick, verify and kit materials in accordance with production schedules, SOPs and batch documentation.
- Accurately perform inventory transactions using ERP systems and barcode scanners.
- Stage and deliver completed kits to manufacturing on time.
- Return unused materials and maintain full material traceability.
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials or stock shortages promptly.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (where authorised).
- Maintain GMP, GDP, EHS and 5S standards within warehouse and kitting areas.
- Prioritise workload to meet production requirements and changing business needs.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality and Warehouse teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing within a GMP environment preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory control and material traceability.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and handheld scanners.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
