About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant as part of Executive Wealth Solutions (EWS), a division of Wealth and Investment Management. This role will primarily focus on managing the operations of the Private Equity Co-Invest Banking & Lending programs. In this role, you will:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives in partnership with EWS Head of Operations and EWS Wealth Banking Director.
- Partner with Custom Credit Alternative Financing team to manage Co-Invest lending programs including program creations, borrower onboarding, and capital call funding.
- Participate in pitch meetings with Asset Management Firms
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
- Review and approve pre-account opening due diligence.
- Review and approve KYC records.
- Coach and provide support to Bankers and Banking Coordinators
- Serve as back up to cover other EWS Regions as needed.
- Manage complex client relationships and requests in partnership with banking team.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 + years experience providing Banking Services to Private Bank Clients.
- 5 + years experience providing Banking Services to Professional Service Firms
- Experience in supervision and leadership
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint) skills
- Knowledge and understanding of financial industry associated regulatory standards and agencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Knowledge and understanding of opening new consumer & business deposit accounts, account maintenance, processing, KYC’s and TE’s.
- Experience in a support role within a banking environment
- Experience interpreting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of how to interpret business formation documents
- Ability to develop and manage clients and business relationships
- Solid technical skills to learn and navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information in SVP, Client link, TMT.
- Ability to provide strong customer service while balancing the needs of clients, shareholders, and team members.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
