Job Summary

Flex Power Modules, a business line of Flex, is a leading design and solution provider of scalable DC/DC power converters primarily serving Datacenter markets. Offering a wide range of both isolated and non-isolated solutions, its digitally enabled DC/DC converters include PMBus compatibility supported by the powerful Flex Power Designer. Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Flex Power Modules is seeking a Product Manager to manage and develop our portfolio of AI and Datacenter power products. Based in our growing Kalmar Design Center, you will play a key role in shaping product strategy, driving roadmap execution, and ensuring our solutions meet evolving customer and market needs. This position combines technical expertise with strong business acumen and cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Define product specifications and features in close collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Conduct market analysis to identify long term industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Product ownership from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional teams involving R&D, NPI, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback and market developments.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. 

The Experience We're Looking To Add To Our Team

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a similar role.
• Experience in AI, Datacenter, Telecommunications, or related technology sectors is preferred.
• Technical understanding of complex electronic products, ideally DC/DC power conversion technologies.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English language skills; Swedish is considered an advantage.
