Job Title: SEO & GEO Specialist

We are seeking a technical SEO & GEO Specialist with deep expertise spanning AI, data engineering, and brand authority.

As our SEO & GEO expert, you will be responsible for building and executing a strategy that ensures OneDome appears as the preferred, cited, and recommended brand within Large Language Model (LLM) outputs. You will move beyond traditional SEO tactics like backlinks and keywords, focusing instead on structured data, topical authority, and the trust signals that AI models rely on.

The ideal candidate is critically a practitioner who can provide verifiable case studies of brands they have successfully positioned within AI-generated search results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a proprietary framework to optimize OneDome’s content ecosystem for generative AI engines.
• Identify the citation patterns that LLMs use when answering queries related to home buying, mortgages, and other relevant topics.
• Optimise technical infrastructure to ensure OneDome’s data is the most accessible and authoritative source for AI crawlers and retrievers.
• Work with the PR and content teams to manage the brand’s digital footprint to control the narrative and context that AI models pull when summarizing information about OneDome and the property industry.
• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to surface structured data in a format that is machine-consumable by AI agents.
• Track and report on sentiment analysis of AI-generated brand mentions, and conversion attribution from AI-driven referral traffic.
• Establish a feedback loop to iterate on content and technical architecture based on how AI models evolve.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven GEO experience with examples of where you successfully increased their visibility in AI-generated search results.
• Deep understanding of Knowledge Graphs, Entity SEO, JSON-LD, and RDFa. You know how to structure data for machines, not just humans.
• Practical knowledge of how Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) works, tokenisation, and how AI models prioritise sources.
• Experience converting standard marketing content into AI-friendly formats.
