Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network configurations that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes conceptualizing model architectures that enhance natural language comprehension and generation, ensuring the models are scalable and adaptable to various applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of model performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to integrate language models into broader systems.
- Monitor and analyze model outputs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Document architectural decisions and model design processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members in understanding model design principles and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with neural network design and optimization techniques related to language processing.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and model training methodologies.
- Familiarity with handling large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Ability to evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of scalable computing environments for training and deploying language models.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ location.
