YOUR MISSION
Support the commercial operations and trading activities of PUMA.com’s direct-to-consumer business
Assist in driving revenue growth and profitability through business performance monitoring and analysis
Support the planning and execution of promotional activities and campaigns on eu.PUMA.com
Monitor business KPIs, analyze trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Merchandising, Content, Marketing, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
Support the coordination and execution of key business initiatives and projects
Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives
Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and support the implementation of strategic projects.
YOUR TALENT
Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus
Interest in E-Commerce, Digital Business, Retail, and Commercial Trading
Ability to analyse data and translate findings into meaningful recommendations
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus
Previous practical experience in E-Commerce, Digital Business, Retail, or Marketing is a plus
Starting date: 01.10.2026; Duration: 6 months.
