Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Lead infrastructure and Facility Management projects throughout the entire project lifecycle Ensure the successful achievement of project objectives with regard to schedule, quality, cost, and sustainability Develop and implement project strategies while proactively managing project risks and opportunities Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, reporting, and cost control activities Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams as well as external engineering consultants, contractors, and service providers Foster effective collaboration with internal stakeholders across Manufacturing, Facility Management, Engineering, and other business functions Utilize modern project management methodologies and digital project delivery tools to drive efficiency and project success Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed University degree in Process Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in planning and managing complex infrastructure, construction, or Facility Management projects Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups Solid expertise in project management practices and the use of modern project management and collaboration platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Microsoft Project, or comparable tools Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results in a dynamic environment Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
