LOCATION: Green Bay
While our institution supports a hybrid work policy, this position is primarily in-person to best support team collaboration and customer needs. The exact hybrid schedule will be determined by the hiring manager based on the role’s responsibilities and operational requirements. STANDARD HOURS: 40 hours per week. Typical hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Flexibility required to include other evening and/or weekend hours, as necessary.
SALARY: $68,494 - $83,000 per year
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed within the range based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Workday Insights and Reporting Lead is responsible for building and maintaining NWTC’s Workday reporting solutions and infrastructure.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
Develop and modify reporting solutions for Workday Student, Workday Financials, and Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
Collaborate with stakeholders to outline requirements for reports and dashboards.
Partner with Workday Security experts to provide appropriate access to reporting solutions.
Train stakeholders on Workday reporting functions and available reporting solutions.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
Minimum Associate Degree in Software Development or related field
Completion of Workday reporting training is required for this role, including the Report Writer and Calculated Fields classes.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience building reporting solutions in the Workday ecosystem. Experience with Workday Student a strong plus.
Computer Skills
Ability to build reporting solutions using Workday Report Writer
Ability to create and modify Calculated Fields
Familiar with Workday Prism, BIRT, and Composite Reporting
Familiar with Workday Studio, Integrations, and Security
Other Requirements
Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal), planning skills, and organizational skills
Preference for candidates with experience working with data and business processes for K-12 or Higher Education domains
Must have experience working with leaders at all levels
Ability to establish and meet target dates; must be able to multi-task effectively and handle multiple development projects
