About the Role
Finance is undergoing significant transformation to modernize processes, operating models, governance, data, and technology capabilities. We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to help ensure our people, leaders, and organizations are prepared to successfully adopt and sustain these changes.
As Senior Manager, Finance Transformation Strategy & Enablement, you will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, adoption activities across a portfolio of Finance transformation initiatives. Working closely with Finance executives, program leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders, you will help translate transformation objectives into practical plans that drive engagement, readiness, and business outcomes.
This role is ideal for an experienced transformation, change, strategy professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys influencing senior leaders, solving organizational challenges, and enabling large-scale change.
What You'll Do
Transformation Strategy & Readiness
Develop change and adoption strategies for Finance transformation initiatives.
Assess business, workforce, and organizational impacts.
Identify readiness risks and support successful implementation.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
Build stakeholder alignment and executive sponsorship.
Partner with leaders to drive engagement and decision-making.
Facilitate discussions that support transformation outcomes.
Communications & Storytelling
Develop executive communications, strategic messaging, and leadership materials.
Create clear, business-focused content for senior stakeholders.
Support governance and transformation communications.
Learning & Capability Enablement
Design learning and enablement strategies on all Transformation initiaves and changes to support adoption.
Develop practical training and knowledge transfer approaches.
Strengthen capabilities needed for future-state ways of working.
What You'll Bring
8-10+ years of experience in transformation, organizational change, strategy, consulting, communications, program management, or business enablement.
Proven experience supporting large-scale business, technology, or operating model transformation initiatives.
Strong executive communication, storytelling, facilitation, and presentation development skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience assessing organizational impacts and translating strategic objectives into practical action plans.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management capabilities.
Experience within financial services, consulting, corporate functions, or Finance organizations is considered an asset.
Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree or relevant certification is an asset.
Work activities include a blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables. Individuals are expected to be onsite 4 days a week. Colleagues may spend more or less days in office as required by the business line.
