Energy Providers Partners are not only trusted advisors to clients, but builders of the practice. They are responsible for shaping market strategy, developing talent, creating new growth opportunities, advancing the firm's thought leadership, and driving sustainable business outcomes for clients and Guidehouse alike. Through thought leadership, business development, talent cultivation, and delivery excellence, they create measurable value for clients while advancing the growth and market leadership of the Energy Providers practice.
The Key Account Partner serves as the executive owner of assigned accounts and is accountable for client satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability, forecasting accuracy, talent deployment, and the overall expansion of the firm's market presence within those accounts. This role requires a highly motivated and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of building executive relationships, driving growth, closing complex pursuits, and delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.
Lead the development, sale, and executive oversight of strategic advisory, technology modernization, business transformation, managed services, and risk management engagements for Investor-Owned Utilities and other energy sector clients.

Develop and expand C-suite and senior executive relationships that position Guidehouse as a trusted strategic partner and create opportunities for long-term account expansion and repeat business.
Help clients navigate Energy Transition, Technology Modernization, and Business Transformation by defining and executing strategies that improve performance, resilience, customer outcomes, and long-term enterprise value.

Serve as the integrator of the firm's capabilities, proactively bringing together expertise, technology, managed services, and industry solutions from across Guidehouse to address clients' most strategic priorities and create differentiated value.
Provide executive sponsorship and governance for assigned accounts and engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, quality, profitability, risk management, and achievement of intended business outcomes.
Drive portfolio and account performance through effective oversight of engagement quality, financial results, forecasting, pipeline health, risk management, resource strategy, and client relationship management. Accountable for achieving revenue, margin, bookings, and growth objectives across assigned clients and portfolios.
Lead annual and multi-year account planning efforts, maintaining accurate sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, investment plans, and growth strategies aligned with client priorities and firm objectives.
Expand client relationships by introducing innovative solutions, thought leadership, industry insights, and integrated Guidehouse capabilities that address evolving client needs and strengthen strategic partnerships.
Support the growth strategy of the Energy Providers practice by identifying emerging market opportunities, developing new offerings and solutions, and influencing go-to-market priorities and investment decisions.
Contribute to the firm's market presence through industry leadership, conference participation, executive engagement, publications, research, and the development of differentiated points of view that elevate Guidehouse's brand and market position.
