The Role

Support the Commercial and Marketing teams in the planning and execution of promotional initiatives, management of marketing materials, coordination with suppliers, and administration of commercial platforms. This role provides exposure to key business processes that drive customer engagement, brand visibility, and sales performance across national markets.

What You'll Do (Impact Areas)

  • Support the creation, review, and implementation of national promotional campaigns for the wholesale channel.
  • Coordinate documentation and ensure promotional materials align with campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Digital Platform Administration
  • Manage and maintain the LTH Roadshow platform by collecting, organizing, and uploading relevant content.
  • Ensure information is accurate, up to date, and accessible to key stakeholders.
  • Supplier & Marketing Materials Coordination
  • Coordinate with promotional and Point-of-Purchase (POP) material suppliers regarding requests, designs, production schedules, shipments, and special projects.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Inventory & Logistics Support
  • Monitor and maintain records of promotional and marketing material inventory stored at Clarios warehouses.
  • Support inventory planning and material allocation for commercial initiatives.
  • Commercial Project Support
  • Provide operational and administrative support to projects and activities across the Commercial organization, including Key Accounts, Commercialization, and Market Specialist teams.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project updates.

  • Promotional campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.
  • LTH Roadshow content remains current, organized, and relevant.
  • Promotional materials and POP assets are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Marketing inventory records are maintained accurately.
  • Commercial teams receive timely support for projects, events, and business initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration is established with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Intermediate English proficiency preferred.

Work Model

  • Monterrey Business Center
  • Hybrid work model based on business needs.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
