As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align project outcomes with business needs, while maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performance solutions. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing technical deliverables.
- Ability to design and implement complex customizations within enterprise software platforms.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
