Purpose: This position is a friendly, flexible support role within the Office of Admissions, ideal for a current student who enjoys organized tasks and contributing behind the scenes. The role provides a low-stress opportunity to support the admissions process by preparing materials for interviews and events, assisting with inventory, and organizing promotional swag.
Work takes place in a welcoming, team-oriented environment with flexible scheduling. Weekend work opportunities are also available. The Office of Admissions is located in Building 5845, Suite 201, where you will have your own dedicated workspace to complete your tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications: Must be a current student in good academic standing. Experience using Microsoft Office (Word). Help maintain the admissions office space (supplies, some organization, tidiness).
Location: Flexible/Hybrid
Number of Students Needed: 1
Times Needed: 1-3 times depending on your availability
Days Needed: Up to 10 hours per week during academic term
Physical Requirements: Able to lift and move boxes of promotional materials (SWAG), typically weighing under 10 pounds.
Additional Physical Requirements: Position does not involve heavy physical labor, but light lifting and movement are part of regular duties.
