SRD - Packaging Industry (Onsite, Night Shift, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner, a neutral or US accent is preferred.
• Strong understanding of US business culture and customer service expectations.
• Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Previous sales experience or a proven track record in sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from prospective US-based customers.
• Clearly communicate product/service features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations and solutions accordingly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build positive customer relationships while maintaining a professional and engaging call experience.
