TigerWash Manager – Forest Lakes

Lead the Team. Run the Wash. Drive Results.

TigerWash is looking for a Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Forest Lakes express tunnel car wash. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying active, and making sure customers receive an exceptional experience.

You’ll lead a team of approximately 7-10 employees, oversee daily operations, maintain equipment and facility standards, and help drive wash club membership sales.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the TigerWash Forest Lakes location.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and support a team of 7-10 employees.
• Create a positive, productive, and safety-focused team environment.
• Drive wash club membership sales and coach employees on effective sales techniques.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns using the Tiger Way service philosophy.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility.
• Manage vendors, parts ordering, and inventory of soaps and supplies.
• Oversee POS systems, cash management, and monthly financial reconciliation.
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Partner with the Director of Operations to achieve operational and business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous management or team leadership experience.
• Experience with sales and coaching others on sales techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable working around large equipment and learning new technology.
• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and operational details.
• Enjoys working with both customers and employees.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, as TigerWash operates 7 days a week.

This Is a Hands-On Role

• Work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
• Work in a loud, wet environment around machinery and equipment.
• Work around cleaning chemicals and other operational materials.
• Regularly move throughout the wash and facility to oversee operations.
