What You'll Be Doing
Operate plant equipment and production systems safely and efficiently to meet performance goals.
Monitor operations, identify equipment issues, and take appropriate corrective action when needed.
Conduct routine inspections, housekeeping, and basic maintenance activities to support reliable operations.
Follow all safety, environmental, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous plant operations and consistent product quality.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plant processes, equipment, and systems.
Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
Dependable work ethic, problem-solving capability, and flexibility to support operational needs.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
