The Project Management team sits within Ipsos Karian & Box, helping organisations understand what employees think, feel and experience at work. We combine employee research, consulting and listening technology expertise to help world leading organisations drive meaningful change.
  • IK & B was founded in 2006 and has been part of Ipsos since October 2021 with the ambition to grow the business globally and take our research solutions to the next level.
  • IK & B employs around 90 people, 20 of which in the consulting team. Consultants are supported by analysts, designers, project managers and data scientists.
  • We work across sectors including Financial Services, Energy, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing and the Public Sector.
  • We deliver engagement surveys, pulse surveys, lifecycle listening, culture research and organisational diagnostics.
  • We are platform agnostic and partner with a number of leading employee listening platforms including Qualtrics, Viva Glint, Perceptyx and Medallia.




The Role

As a Graduate Project Executive, you will be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered successfully from initiation through to completion, balancing scope, quality, timelines, risks and client expectations.

This is a varied role where you'll support the delivery of employee research programmes for leading organisations. Your role will include:

  • Supporting/leading on the end-to-end delivery of employee research and listening programmes. 
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocations. 
  • Undertaking project governance using our specialised project management tools
  • Managing action logs, project risks, issues, dependencies and change controls. 
  • Building trusted stakeholder relationships. 
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards. 
  • Driving effective communication and collaboration across all project participants. 
  • Supporting commercial delivery through scope management, forecasting and project financial oversight. 
  • Contributing to the development of project management best practices, tools and methodologies.

Successful applicants will move on to a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a virtual interview with one of our talent partners. The final stage will be an in-person assessment centre at our London office on 22nd September and we are looking for candidates to start on November 2nd
