How Do You Fit In?

We're looking for a proactive and resourceful E-commerce Intern to join our EU Growth team. This is an exciting opportunity for a university student who wants hands-on exposure to e-commerce management, merchandising, and marketing within a fast-paced global fashion brand.

In this role, you'll support the day-to-day execution of e-commerce initiatives across web, mobile, and app experiences. You'll utilize your project management skills, analytical thinking, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail to help connect our customers with our ever-evolving product showrooms and marketing campaigns—from supporting competitor research and content design to website updates, quality assurance, and performance reporting.

What You Will Do

• Support the management of marketing calendars and project timelines.

• Perform website QA to ensure promotional messaging, landing pages, navigation, links, pricing, and customer journeys function correctly across devices.

• Assist with site merchandising updates and creative asset setup - to involve QA, testing, and deployment within our CMS platforms.

• Assist with A/B testing by documenting results and identifying key learnings.

• Conduct competitor research and monitor marketing trends, customer experience best practices, and promotional activity.

• Help troubleshoot website or campaign issues and work with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.

• Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks across the Site Marketing team.
   

What You Will Learn

Throughout your internship, you'll gain practical experience in:

• The fundamentals of growth marketing and e-commerce strategies, along with the key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business growth.

• How customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies work together across the customer lifecycle.

• Supporting onsite content and merchandising updates across landing pages, promotional pages, homepage content, navigation, and customer journeys using our Content Management System (CMS).

• Developing analytical skills by interpreting campaign performance, customer behavior, and e-commerce metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing & Merchandising, Acquisition, Creative, Buying/Planning, and CRM to deliver seamless customer experiences.

• Working with modern marketing technologies, e-commerce platforms, and AI-powered tools that support campaign execution and business decision-making.

• Building strong project management, communication, and organizational skills while working in an international e-commerce business.

What You Can Bring

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Media, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in using data to solve business problems.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced team members.

• Passion for e-commerce, fashion, digital marketing, and customer experience.

• Experience with CMS & data analysis platforms, Figma/Canva, Merchandising tools, and AI Prompting & Project Management are a plus, but not required.
