Legal billing at a firm of this size is not data entry. It is a critical function that keeps attorney client relationships intact, revenue flowing and the firm compliant with some of the most complex billing arrangements in the industry. The largest law firm in Texas needs a Legal Billing Specialist who has been in the trenches of law firm billing long enough to handle anything that comes across their desk.

You will manage the full billing cycle from prebills through finalization, coordinate with attorneys and accounting leadership, manage e-billing submissions and ensure every invoice is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

What you need to bring:

• Minimum 7 years of legal billing experience at a law firm
• Strong knowledge of e-billing required
• Proficiency with Aderant legal accounting software highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
• Bachelor's degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
