HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
In this role as the Manager, FP&A - AI Enablement, you will lead the strategy, testing, and scaling of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital productivity tools across the Finance and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) departments. This role identifies high-impact AI use cases, partners with Global IT and finance leadership, and establishes responsible AI guardrails to streamline financial close, forecasting, reporting, and data consolidation workflows.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- AI Strategy & Roadmap: Identify, prioritize, test, and deploy AI use cases (such as LLM-based assistants, automated variance commentary, and predictive forecasting tools) that reduce manual effort in finance.
- Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain AI-assisted workflows for recurring deliverables, including monthly close narratives, board reporting packages, and quarterly business reviews.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Global IT, data science, and finance stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into practical, production-ready business solutions.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish robust standards and guardrails for responsible AI use in finance, emphasizing data security, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop accuracy validation.
- Change Management & Training: Train finance users on AI-enabled processes to foster high adoption, build internal AI literacy, and monitor performance outcomes.
- Systems Integration: Ensure AI tools remain compatible with core financial infrastructure (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, or enterprise data lakes).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience deploying AI, machine learning, or RPA tooling in a business or finance context; familiarity with ERP/planning systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, Workday) and cloud AI platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical financial leaders; proven project management and change-leadership capabilities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science required (Master’s Degree or CPA/CMA/CFA preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of combined experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial systems administration, or digital transformation.
